Kyle Downes has added another awesome piece of cool furniture to our list hear at yeah its pretty cool. He has taken something everyone loves (retro) and something cool (old school nintendo) and turned it into a pretty cool piece of practical furniture. He started work at early March and recently just finished his awesome piece of work.

What’s even cooler is that it actually works! It is actually a giant size NES controller. Think of all the great games: Excite Bike, Mario, Mission Impossible, Zelda - all on a giant over sized controller. We think this is great! Great work Kyle!

Jens Praet is another pretty cool designer with an environment bent. After looking at the Bentley car, we did some more research on environmental designs that we think are cool and innovative. This cool Belgian designer has done some great cool furniture.

All this range of his cool furniture is made completely of recycled, shredded paper. We are not exactly sure what was used to form and shape it, as well as the binding material, but claims it is just as strong as wood.

We think that this idea for furniture would be a great way for businesses to recycle their shredded paper, by turning it into pretty cool office furniture. It would definitely give your business an edge in the design stakes, as well as helping the environment.
