iBoy - The Cool GameBoy Ipod
The iBoy is a great custom modification of a classic handheld device (the Gameboy) mixed with everyone’s favourite piece of personal entertainment (the iPod).
sirljohns (the creaters Flickr Username) even suggests himself that his mashup isnt the most practical use of either a Gameboy or an iPod, but they do signify 2 major pieces of portable entertainment during they peak periods. Its a celebration of the old school and the new.
But as true with alot of the featured customizations on this site, its not so much about making the world a better place, but more so providing something cool to make our life more enjoyable, and just show off to our friends. Not many people can admit to owning both an iBoy, and at the end of the day, isnt that what customising is all about?
